i have the rights to my works therefore they're not for commercial use unless stated otherwise. i have the right to refuse a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.

you can always request a transparent version of the image that i can send to you via email.
TIMEAROUND
on simple formats i usually take from 1 day to a week to complete.
max waiting time is 2 weeks.
can be longer depending on the size of the commission (ex. more characters, a scene)
BEFORE YOU COMMISSION
please make sure my style is what you want before purchasing!my process is that i will update you on the lines and then finish with colors - you'll be asked if there's anything you want me to change or fix during and after.
if you do not have a visual reference for your character and want me to put it together from the pictures and descriptions you deliver, it is +€10 to custom design. in this case i would ask you to provide a google doc of prepared photos and descriptions that let me have a better understanding of the character you want me to draw.

OWNERSHIP
i retain all legal rights to my designs. for this reason, my adopts are for non-commercial use only UNLESS stated otherwise. my adopts may not be used in anything that will turn up a profit be it games, books, art pieces, merchandise, comics etc. unless discussed with me.my adopts CAN NOT be used for any hateful or offensive purposes. if you're using the adopt in NSFW context the character MUST BE an adult. please keep this in mind or else you'll be blacklisted.once you buy the adopt it's yours to use as you please for non-commercial purposes.you may only claim to be the owner of the character, not the creator of the design. please credit me on my art!the owner of the adopt in question is free to use the artwork for page-sitters, character profiles sites (such as toyhouse, artfight), etc.the owner of the adopt can, of course, commission others for art of the character and draw the character.
PURCHASINGi can hold an adoptable for up to 4 days maximum.multiple adoptables can be sold to the same person.all adopt payments are to be made upfront in USD or EURO through PayPal.i'll send you my paypal after confirming your purchase claim.if payment isn't received within 5 hours, the adopt will be put up for sale again.after the purchase has been cleared, you'll receive an unwatermarked image of the adopt. you can request a transparent background that i will send via email.
EDITING
my adopts don't have names, genders, backstories, etc. all of this is for you to decide!you are free to make edits to your adopt (i.e. hair color/length, eye color, clothes, etc).you may edit my adopt art if it's absolutely necessary but please discuss it with me beforehand.
RESELLING, TRADING & GIFTING
please do not resell by higher price if the design doesn't have more art than the original provided by me.
gifting is allowed. trading isn't allowed.
